You have multiple options:
For 2,000 AMD per person, there are Yerevan to Alaverdi shared taxis leaving from the Yerevan Cathedral by Kino Rosia, and just get off at Tumanyan. You can check Wikivoyage's page on Tumanyan for more info.
Take GG or Yev Yev minivan (they are like Uber) from Barekamutyun metro station (Yerevan) to Vanadzor (1000 AMD), then a bus from Vanadzor Bus Station to Tumanyan (500 AMD). You can also catch a bus to Alaverdi (from Vanadzor bus station) and just get off at Tumanyan.
Taking your own Yerevan to Tumanyan private taxi will cost about 20,000 AMD.
Or you can rent or take your own car.
